Heather’s experience includes account management; marketing; health and welfare benefit plan design; contract renewal, negotiations and review; vendor management; strategic planning and forecasting; as well as wellness and employee communication initiatives. Prior to entering Benefits Consulting, Heather spent eight years working as HR Consultant for Fortune 500 companies, implementing a variety of Human Resources programs and managing their account needs.
